Eileen May Hiscock was born on 25th August 1909 in Blackheath. In the 1932 Los Angeles Games she ran in the 100 metres and in the 4x100 metres relay finishing 3rd. In 1936 she competed in the same events in the Berlin Games, winning a silver medal in the relay. She died on 3rd September 1958 in London.
