Cyril Seedhouse was born on 10th April 1892 in Leighton Buzzard. He was a member of Blackheath Harriers and was in the 4x400 metres relay team at the 1912 Olympics, winning the bronze medal. He also participated in the 200m and 400m events reaching the semi-finals. He died on 21st January 1966 in Exminster, Devon.
